What a wonderful experience at this hotel! We were treated like royalty by the attentive staff, especially Carlos who made dining by the pool such a treat. The pool area is stunning, and I loved the free shuttle service to the beach. However, I did find the beach area not quite up to my expectations, and the room could have been cozier. Overall, I'd say it was a fantastic trip and I can't wait to return.
